28-Day Porta Potty Billing, Explained
Why monthly rentals bill every 28 days, what each cycle covers, and the one call that stops billing.

What does one 28-day cycle include?
One 28-day cycle includes the unit and four weekly service visits: pumping, cleaning, deodorizer and restocking. The first cycle also carries a one-time $50 delivery charge. Later cycles are the base rate only, from $165 for a standard unit.
When does the cycle start and renew?
A 28-day cycle starts on the delivery date and renews automatically every 28 days on the card or account on file. A unit delivered on March 3 renews on March 31, April 28 and so on. The renewal date is printed on every invoice.
How do I stop billing?
Stop billing by calling or texting (716) 409-9007 at least one business day before the cycle ends. We schedule pickup and send a final invoice. There is no removal fee and no penalty for ending inside a cycle, but the started cycle is not prorated.

Is a 28-day cycle cheaper than paying by the week?
A 28-day cycle is usually cheaper than paying by the week, because delivery and pickup are charged once instead of per rental. For a two-week remodel, one 28-day cycle costs less than two weekend event rentals, and weekly service is already included.
