What restroom setup does a 100-guest wedding need?
A 100-guest wedding with a 5-to-6-hour reception and a bar needs one 2-station restroom trailer, or three units with two of them deluxe flushing units with sinks. Add a wheelchair-accessible unit if any guest uses a wheelchair or walker.

Does your wedding venue have water and power for a trailer?
A restroom trailer needs a garden hose connection and a standard 110-volt outlet within about 100 feet, plus level ground a truck can reach. Barns, farms and backyards often lack one or both. Without them, choose deluxe flushing units, which need no hookups.

When should a wedding book restroom rentals?
Book wedding restroom trailers 4 to 8 weeks ahead for June through October dates in Western New York. Deluxe flushing units book 2 to 3 weeks ahead in peak season. Trailers are limited, and Saturday weddings take them first.

Can the trailer be placed out of sight of photos?
We place it where the planner wants, within hose and power reach, on level ground.
Will someone stay to clean during the reception?
An attendant is not included. The trailer arrives stocked with extra paper and soap for the night.
Can we keep the trailer for a two-day wedding weekend?
Weekend trailer rentals cover Friday to Monday. Add a mid-weekend service for heavy use.
Do you decorate the units?
You may add flowers, baskets and signs inside. Please avoid tape on trailer walls.
