Rental Terms and Cancellation Policy
The plain-language terms for every GearReady porta potty, hand-wash station and restroom trailer rental. Effective October 23, 2026.
Booking and payment
Your booking is confirmed when the first rental period is paid by credit or debit card, or approved on a contractor account. Event rentals are a flat price. Construction and monthly rentals bill every 28 days from the delivery date and renew until you request pickup. Approved contractor accounts pay net-15. No fuel surcharge or card fee is charged.
Cancellation and changes
Cancel 24 hours or more before scheduled delivery for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours carry a $50 trip fee. Date and address changes are free up to 24 hours before delivery. A same-day order can be canceled free until the truck is dispatched.
Renewal and pickup
Event units are picked up automatically the business day after your event. Monthly units stay until you call or text (716) 409-9007 at least one business day before the 28-day cycle ends. A started cycle is not prorated. There is no removal fee.
Site access and placement
You provide a level, firm spot within about 25 feet of a drivable surface, and access on delivery, service and pickup days. If the driver cannot reach the spot, a $50 return-trip fee may apply. We are not responsible for damage to lawns, pavers or soft asphalt from normal placement; ask for a plywood pad.
Permits
You are responsible for permits or landowner approval for units on streets, sidewalks, parks, canal land or state highway right-of-way.
Damage, loss and misuse
The unit stays our property. Damage from vandalism, fire, misuse or moving a unit without us is billed at repair cost, up to replacement cost. A tipped unit is cleaned and reset for a service charge. Units we place in windy spots are anchored at no charge.
Servicing
Weekly service is included on 28-day rentals on a set weekday. If the unit is locked or blocked on service day, we return the next business day. Extra service visits are $65.
Weather
Rain does not cancel a rental. During storms or driving bans, delivery and service may move by one day.
