Privacy Policy
How GearReady Restroom Co handles the information you give us. Effective October 23, 2026.
What we collect
When you call, text or use our quote form, we collect your delivery ZIP or address, rental dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, phone number and any notes you give. Card details are entered on our payment processor and are not stored on this website.
How the quote form works
The quote form sends your answers to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which emails them to us. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message.
How we use it
We use your information to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about that rental. We do not sell or rent your information.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use basic analytics to count visits and phone-button taps on each page. You can block cookies in your browser.
How long we keep it
Rental records are kept for 7 years for tax purposes. Quote requests that never book are deleted after 12 months.
