When does an event porta potty arrive and leave?
An event porta potty arrives the business day before your event and leaves the business day after, at no extra charge. A Saturday party gets a Friday drop-off and a Monday pickup. The unit arrives cleaned and stocked with two rolls of paper and sanitizer, and is not serviced during a one-day event.

Do public events in New York need a permit for restrooms?
Events on your own property need no restroom permit in New York. Events in parks, on streets or on canal land need the landowner’s approval first. Gatherings likely to draw 5,000 or more people for 24 hours or more count as mass gatherings under 10 NYCRR 7-4.1 and need a health permit.

Event rentals are a flat price that covers delivery the business day before and pickup the business day after. There is no hourly rate, because two truck trips cost the same either way.
Will the porta potty be clean when it arrives?
Event units arrive washed, sanitized and stocked. We keep event units separate from the construction fleet.
Can I get a pink or gray unit?
Gray and pink units are available for many events; ask when you book.
What if it rains on my event day?
Rain does not stop the rental. Free date changes are allowed up to 24 hours before delivery.
Can someone lock the unit overnight at a park?
We can fit a padlock hasp so the unit stays closed until your event.
Do churches and nonprofits get a discount?
Nonprofits and churches get 10 percent off event rentals. Send your tax-exempt form with the booking.
